JOB SUMMAR

We are seeking a highly skilled Sigma Computing BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Snowflake, data modeling, and Sigma Computing. The candidate will play a critical role in building complex reports and dashboards, training business users, and transforming data into actionable insights for our internal and external customers. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and the analytics team to design and develop scalable reporting solutions

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports and dashboards using

Sigma Computing is a must.

• Work with the architecture team and assist in the design and implementation efficient data models in Snowflake to support reporting and analytic.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting assets.

. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decision.

• Writing technical BI documentations.
• Assisting business teams translate requirements into technical requirements when they fall outside standard BI report development.

Required Qualification:

• 4+ years of experience in BI reporting, data analysis, or related field.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated expertise with Sigma Computing for dashboard and report development.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and best practices
• Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• NO H1B/ NO ENTRY LEVEL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms specifically Azure. Experience with other platforms such as AWS, GCP, etc. a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with healthcare financial data modeling and report building.
